Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bamboo essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and bodysuit styles cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
